I no longer feel shy or embarrassed about exercising
Signing up to Tasha’s 10 week training program was one of the best investments I ever made. Not only did I lose the weight I wanted but I walked out with a toned body and gained muscles I never knew I had.
I no longer feel shy or embarrassed about exercising or going to the gym on my own, that’s all down to Tasha and her training. She has given me a new found confidence in the way my body looks and life in general. Her program also offers nutritional advice which set me up for a long term healthier lifestyle after I had finished. I would definitely recommend Tasha to anyone looking to change the way their body looks.

One word: amazing! Training with Tasha helped me feel absolutely amazing in my wedding dress and in myself on a very special day.
I told Tasha at the beginning that my goals were to feel more energetic and healthy but the results were so much more than that!

Within 2 weeks I could already notice a huge difference
In October 2017, with my wedding looming on NYE 2017, I decided it was time to get serious about training!
I had always been a relatively fit person, mainly running and doing the odd circuits class. I was looking for a training plan that would ensure I was toned for my wedding but I also needed someone to push me to achieve my goal.
That is where my fairy godmother came into my life, Tasha. I messaged Tasha and asked her about training and within a few days I was at my first session.
Having always been a cardio girl the thoughts of weights scared me a little. My main concern was firstly, my total lack of strength in my arms and shoulders and secondly, I didn’t want to bulk out, just tone. Within the first session Tasha had dispelled my concerns of ending up looking like a body builder on my big day.
I trained twice a week 1-2-1 with Tasha doing weight based exercises and attended two HIIT sessions per week ran by Tasha. Within 2 weeks I could already notice a huge difference in my shape. I felt strong, toned and really healthy. Lots of people commented and the results just kept coming.
I cannot explain how pleased I was with the results by my wedding day. My dress had narrow straps and a low back and my main concern was that my arms and back looked toned. It was also fitted around my tummy, hips and bum and so I hoped to tone those areas also. The results were exactly as I had hoped.
Tasha was always so flexible, which was perfect for someone who worked full time 8:30am – 5:30pm, fitting in my sessions early in the morning, late in the evening, at weekends and even between Christmas and New Year.
I cannot recommend Tasha highly enough... she is a superstar. I have now moved abroad but Tasha still involves me in all the group messaging, sharing ideas on workouts and nutrition and we are planning to do a half marathon next year. I would 100% still be training on a weekly basis with Tasha had it not been for my move but she has sent me away with lots of work out plans and plenty of encouragement.
There is never a ‘boring’ PT session
I began working as a Massage Therapist 12 years ago. I began training with Natasha 4 years ago and although I have always exercised, each session I did was getting to be the same and with little or no results.
At the age of 46 then and heading to the 50’s I needed more structure to my gym sessions, to help with muscle tone, bone density and strength to help me with a physical job. I was and still am amazed at Natasha’s knowledge and motivation.
There is never a ‘boring’ PT session and on the days where I may not have the motivation, within a few minutes of the session that is all forgotten. I have gained strength, good muscle tone and now can walk into the gym with varied training sessions to do myself. My PT sessions have become an essential part of my life but I like to increase them when heading for the holiday season or an important event.

I've shed a third of my body weight
At the age of 60 I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and was grossly overweight at 90kgs – I’m 5.25 feet tall. Doctors prescribed a cocktail of medication and I was told I would be taking these medicines for the rest of my life.
I’d always had a sedentary job and found no time (or inclination) to exercise. 3 years later I met Tash who changed my life completely. She is a rare breed! She is caring, dedicated and highly motivated in helping people achieve a healthier and fitter lifestyle. Tash soon became my personal trainer – I now cannot imagine life without her!!

- Have nearly completed all 214 of Wainwright walks
- Have trekked in Peru up to Machu Picchu
- Have trekked in India and Bhutan completing the Singalila Ridge and the Cholomari Ridge
At the age of almost 68, I am soon to go to Patagonia to trek the full Paine Circuit – some 90 miles.
My doctor is delighted with me – I no longer take any medication. Most importantly – I feel much better in myself as a whole new world has opened up to me!!

I have learned not to be obsessed with weighing myself
I have trained with Tash for the past 12 weeks and my results have been amazing, not only have I lost inches, my strength and general health has improved massively. She is so experienced, as I have a serious back problem (prolapsed disc) I needed someone knowledgeable, and this proves with correct advice and shown correct techniques you can still exercise well. The nutritional plan she advised me on has helped me build lean muscle, but also has helped my migraines and i just feel good!
I was never confident to lift free weights or use the machines in the gym, but with her help and guidance I’m in there at least 3 times a week now and really enjoy it (never thought id ever say that)! I also love her classes. I have also learned not to be obsessed with weighing myself, I would of never believed her when she said don’t stress about what the scales say... until I saw my progress pictures!

To date I’ve lost 71 pounds
In January 2014 I decided to finally change my life and get into shape with a weight loss and exercise program... 40 was looming large and I didn’t want to be ‘fat and forty’! I did pretty well for a while but soon hit a plateau both with weight loss and at the gym, I felt like I had no direction and I wasn’t getting the results I wanted.
That’s when I decided to get a personal trainer and had my first session with Tasha in June 2015. The sessions are fun but hard, and Tasha will often test my limits by introducing a new exercise or adding more weight to the resistance training. Workouts are tailored to me and I always feel like I’ve had a proper workout after a session with Tasha!
She has also helped me with diet... before I was scared of carbs and wouldn’t touch them, but my workouts suffered because I wasn’t getting the nutrients my body needed. So I changed what I was eating on Tasha’s advice and the weight loss kicked in again and my performance improved.
To date I’ve lost 71 pounds, I’m fitter, leaner and stronger than I’ve ever been in my life. I don’t believe I would be where I am today without Tasha’s help and I can’t thank her enough for helping me get there.
A great Personal Trainer who understands her clients needs
I am 57 years and was generally a fit person, liked walking and used to do park run. I became a member of the Gym in March 2016 following a knee Injury skiing that winter, so running was not recommended at that time.
I started training with Tasha in June 2017 to improve my fitness, strengthen my core and balance, which hadn’t improved despite my efforts alone attending the gym, mainly doing cardio and trying to build my confidence back. Despite a good recovery without surgery I had lost core strength and balance and was no longer confident coming down steep hills or in my general fitness anymore.
I asked Tasha if she could help with this as I watched her doing Personal Training sessions while I was in the gym with other clients. Tasha introduced me to strength and conditioning initially and I hoped the 12 week Personal Training programme would improve this.
Almost a year later I have continued to work with Tasha and the whole experience of building my strength and stamina, improving my mobility and core strength has been the most worthwhile investment I have taken to improve my health and overall well being. I cannot underestimate the benefit of supervised weight training to push your strength and ability that you didn’t think you would be capable of achieving and how this plays a huge part in altering your shape and making you feel a lot more toned.
I have slowly lost nearly a stone which is also down to improving my diet. I am losing fat and gaining muscle but I am continually motivated by working with Tasha.
I can now walk up and down steeper fells in the Lake District with more confidence, my core strength and balance has recovered and most importantly I have lost weight and changed my body shape as a result of this. Much more success than I ever thought I would achieve so this keeps me going and I can afford to have indulgent days/weekends as I know I will go back to my next Training session and follow my programme the rest of the week and be motivated by fitness to eat healthier and drink lots of water.
One of the best benefits for me is I am getting up earlier so that I can maintain the programme throughout the week at least 3 times before work (even in the dark winter mornings) as well as taking part in Tasha’s gruelling but rewarding metafit sessions now twice a week. I could never have imagined getting to the gym before work but it leaves the evening free and really works for me.
