Hi, my name is Natasha (but most know me as Tasha), and I’m a Health and Fitness Coach in Carlisle.
I gained my passion for fitness at the young age of 4 competing in many sports. I had a particularly strong passion for gymnastics and won the British schools Championships, which led me to train through NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine).
At the age of 23 I went to London to continue my passion for fitness, and start my professional fitness journey. I then returned in 2005 and have been training people in Carlisle ever since. I now have over 20 years’ experience in the field!
I still continue to further my education and apply this knowledge to all my clients so that I can help them achieve their goals… whatever they may be.
I love to specialise in resistance and weight training which dramatically helps to achieve weight loss and body transformations, alongside lots of health benefits not just physical appearance.
After initial consultation where we get an opportunity to meet each other and focus on short and long term goals, sessions are then devised to tailor each individuals specific targets. Food plans are created as this plays an equal role in your gym sessions to benefit maximum performance and results.
